Are you sure Bhangra is healthy? Such dances only provoke excitement of your mind. I have heard that some spiritual experiences may involve dancing of the body while in a spiritual state, but not with worldly excitable music. I am not very informed about this topic, but why the need to dance in such ways? Why not enjoy some healthy exercise,like basketball or something?

The dance itself is very healthy. The music is a different story. Just be sure you use uplifting music when you do bhangra. Listening to low music is not good for you anytime, whether dancing or not.
