Evolution happens all the time. Every child is a new combination of the mother and father, not a copy of either.
If your question is whether Man evolved from lower life forms, the answer is no. Everything was created ready to go. Humans were far more conscious, lived for hundreds, or even thousands of years.
There are at least two levels of evolution, mental and physical. On the mental level, everything has been devolving. Certain animals used to be as smart as humans are now, humans used to be very advanced over today.
On the physical level, things are constantly evolving and changing, but that doesn't mean everything on earth started from the same point and evolved into all the different fauna and flora we see today.
