Humbly I ask this question, caus it would be better to ask than not know the answer due to my ignorance...

The western Sikhs, make particular refernce to Guru Ram Das Ji, when meditating etc, why is this???

I feel there is nothing at all wrong with this...but have noticed there is emphasis on Guru Ram Das Ji, and am asking if there something behind this.

Forgive me for saying anything wrong.

Gur Fateh!

Guru Ram Das is the healer of the sick and the downtrodden. His sound current, bani, is particularly powerful for healing and upliftment.
He is the keynote speaker for the Aquarian Age that we have just entered.
