I am 10 year old and its difficult to do panj banis daily but still can i take amrit and do just japji sahib.

Yes. Amrit is a process of perfecting yourself through out your life. Why not start now and take Amrit? After all, your 8th and 10th Gurus were both less in age than you.

Doing Japji Sahib every day is great. You can start perfecting your nitnem year by year.
