Sat Sri Akal,

When I Jioned My High School VolleyBall Team, We Weren't allowed to wear anything Other Than Our Team Uniform (Neckless, Watch, Rings, Etc. Had To Be Taken Off) Almost Everyone On the Team Had A Religous Item And Had To Take It Off During The VolleyBall Game. And Is It Okay If I Were To Take Off My Kara?
While I Was Playing I Did Take My Kara Off, But Is That
Okay For A Sikh?

Your kara is an article of your faith and part of your form as a SIKH. You will probably have to explain to your coach that your kara is not something that you can remove. You have the right to wear it and should wear it at all times. I would reccomend getting a small light kara to wear if you are concerned about injuring yourself or being obtrusive
