I would keep the turbin and remove the khanda. You can always wear a kirpan under your clothes. Once a company gets to know you and trusts you, you can think about putting the khanda back on, or keep it for Gurdwara and special occassions. You don't need to cut your hair and take off your turbin, but you may need to alter your appearance a little. For example, what color turbin do you wear. Is it black, blue, white. Look at yourself in the mirror with different colored turbins on. Which one seems more inviting and not intimidating? If you wear a huge turbin, maybe you might try tying a smaller one. Ask your friends what they think. But, don't allow the thought of cutting your hairs come into your mind. You can think of a creative solution without sacrificing your values and identity. Good luck and ask Guru to be with you. GTKK
