i'm sikh and doing IT course from a renound institute.i have realised the importance of spiritual life.But since my schedule is so hectic i hardly get time to meditate or do something towards spiritual enhancement in my life.please guide me what minimum i should practice daily as a biggener to start with.

also guide me how i should i meditate and chant the name of god.

Try the meditation that we do when taking Amrit.
Sit on your left heel, with your right knee bent up. Put the hands together in the center of your chest (prayer pose). Eyes can be closed, or you can stare at the tip of your nose. (It will make you look cross--eyed. Tip of the nose is good when you are in school. It improves your ability to concentrate.)Then inhale and chant Wahe Guru. If you can do it 11 minutes a day, you will get a lot out of it.
