Summary of Question:	Are There Any Programs Geared Towards Helping Teenagers In The Sikh Gurdwara's?

I've looked all over the internet for resources dealing with troubled youth and conflict resolution. Time and time again I keep finding excellent groups that are located in USA, what i am looking for is one in Canada, Ontario. Many of these programs, to help teenagers, have religous ties, such as Christian etc. I was wondering if their are any such programs that encourage leadership, and work with youths for conflict resolution and teach prevention strategies within the Sikh church. Any help would be greatly appreciated, your forum is really very great and a much needed tool for youth today.
