can any organisation not related or have any links with sikhism use sikhs as thier business name ?, ie oa@mtbaker.org im curious about this organition.

what can we do to prevent the misuse ?

We live in a free society. What people want to call themselves, cannot be regulated (except for duplicate or similar sounding names - which is a State matter and is regulated within each State by the Secretary of State).
