Please don't take me wrong. I am not trying to act mean or anything by asking my question. I am bit curious about all the suggestions you are posting for all individuals. Are you answering them from your own life experience or have you studied about it?

For all of the moderators on the youth forum, we are answering mainly from our own life experience which, for many of us, have included quite a bit of study, as well.

We're not here to be experts on anything, but to share a little bit of love, brotherly and sisterly advice to the Sikh youth who are our future.
