May i please ask you how i can conquer my fear?

Dear Jasdeep Singh,
You can conquer your fear by accepting that you have it and then fighting through it. If you are scared of something overcome it. Please by the way this does not mean that you should go and get into a fight because you might be afraid to. What I'm saying is this. The true warrior is one that faces each challenge head on. Also it was a practice of the Khalsa warrior to do Jaap Sahib when faced with fear. I hope that this has answered your question, Thanks
