pl explain me the meaning of "eete kookar haun begana bhaunka es tan tahi"

This line can be found in Shabd Hazaray, Raag Bilaval, Guru Nanak. The meaning should be taken as a whole, the Shabad starts "Too Sultan Kaha ho mee-aa, Teri kavan vada-ee." Guru Nanak speaks directly to God, saying 'You are a Sultan, but I call you a cheif: how does this reflect Your greatness?' This shabad is a plea for the blessing of understanding. The line "Aytay kookar hau baygaanaa, bhauka is tan taa-ee" translates to "Even among dogs, I am an outcast. I bark for my body's belly." The Guru goes on to say "Bhagat heen Nanak jay hoigaa, taa khasmai naao na jaaee", "I lack devotional worship but even so my Master's Name does not leave me." Guru Nanak is saying, even though I am lowly and have no merits, God has blessed me with the love of his name.
