My name is Amandeep and I am 13. My hair is waistlength and I just wanted to if I am allowed to do stuff to it. Like get it highlighted, since that is not cutting it. It is just making it more appealing. Can you change the color of your hair since that is not cutting it either? Please answer these questions without the "Almighty God" speeches with those paragraphs full of stuff about GOD but never answers the question. I want a "yes" or "no" answer and a clear reason why because I am confused. Cya later!
