Pakki Bani refers to the pure writings in Siri Guru Granth. Kachi bani can be many things....but it is not the Gurbani from SiriGurugranth Sahib. Kachi Bani would be folk songs, poems and othere writings or songs that are not contained in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib
