I do meditation for 20 minutes daily by verbally repeating the mool mantur. Is repeating the mool mantur slowly with deep concentration equally beneficial to myself as repeating the mool mantur quickly with just as deep concentration?
thanks!!

Sat Siri AKaal. WOnderful! If you can do your mool mantra practice with others, and create a strong group energy. If you chant it fast, be sure to say the words clearly and correctly and use what Yogi Bhajan calls a 'tough tongue' so that each sound is perfectly recited and the tip of the tongue touches the upper palate in the right way. Part of the science of japa is just this: perfect recitation. The upper palate has a direct link to the higher centers in the 3rd eye and crown. Other than that, see how you feel each way, and go with what suits you best. There are advantages to both methods but the results should be the same. Guru ang sang,
