Summary of Question:	Playing Soccer???????

I was soccer player(Defense position)in a high school. You may familiar with soccer game. When there was a corner kick, My main position was to head the ball into the goal. I am true sikh with long kesh, so i usually hit the soccer by my head. IS it wrong? Is it disrespect for my head? Or it is okay? Waiting for reply answer.

By other question is somewhat similiar to the above question. Is it also okay for a sikh person for wearing a swimming cap while doing swimming. I always wear it, you know know keeping hair from getting wet.

It's not a problem, live life.
There has been a lot of talk latlely about players getting brain damage from heading. Be sure you are doing it correctly.
