I truly think you will be making a mistake by leaving the US due to fear of discrimination. I can tell you that I know so many people that have grown up here wearing a turban proudly as a sikh...including my older brother who is now a successful engineer. I think in fact, that having a turban actually helped him rather than hurt him. he is seen as someone with values and strong beliefs and has always been seen as responsible. he was the only sikh graduating from a prestigious university in the masters program and i think it has helped separate him from everyone else which has made him work harder for himself. i would carefully reconsider returning to india...staying in this country will broaden your childrens futures and give them many more opportunities, in education, and in other aspects. there are ignorant people everywhere but you cant run from them...you must educate them and a lot of them do want to be educated. this country is made up of all different races and cultures so be proud of your cultu
