Hi, I keep doing bad things and I can?t stop, will u please help me stop doing these please? And how can I be forgiven for these? what should i do? Thank u

I am not sure exactly what your bad things are. You can start by axplaining what you need help with. If it is masturbation, there is a great deal written in the Youth Forum for dealing with this. Try the search engine.

Forgive yourself first. Stop being so hard on yourself. If you are being very compulsive you can try holding your breath for one minute every time you get the urge to do your "bad" thing. Keep holding your breath until you calm down and find something better to do.
