Summary of Question:	Weird Energy Ontop Of Head

hi. I'm a teen Sikh girl. For a few days I've been having this weird energy pile up on top of my head and sometimes it hurts VERY badly and I feel like my head's about to explode. Last year I suffered from near-dehydration and I still have some effects. This just appeared a few days ago and I've been trying to clear up bad thoughts with the bani. Can you give me a clue of what it is?? It usually happens when I'm trying to concentrate on something and trying to stay happy. :(
