Hi everyone, congratulatioons on your site: I'm addicted to it !!!
I would like to know if it is wrong to kill an insect within your house ? Is it comparable to killing an animal in order to eat it? Or is it more like protecting your surroundings?

If you think it is wrong to kill an insect then it is wrong. I do not know of anything in the Sikh way of life that says it is wrong to kill an insect. The Jains do have that very subtle reverence for all life. So, it is your call as to how sensitive you want to be toward the incarnation of an insect.
