Summary of Question:	Why Cover Head In The Gurudwara

Why do women need to cover their head in the Gurudwara? If I am asked this question I would say to show respect. But then people argue that respect has to be in your heart and not physical. Please reply.

We moderators believe that Sikh women should cover their head all the time, not just in Gurdwara. ALL people in Gurdwara, Sikh or not, cover their heads in Gurdwara to show respect for Siri Guru Granth Sahib.
