I don’t understand why people in the management set their own rules for the “Sangat” at the Gurudwar. I don’t think that sikhi will stay for a long time if this is how the Sikhs will be treated at the Guruji’s Home.
Does our religion says that the “sangat” be punished for doing something that management thinks is not right?
Sangat
(REPLY) Sat Nam. There are two things that are the worst for any religion, and that is laziness (not living up to the teachings) and fanaticism (going overboard and doing things to the letter, instead of the spirit!) Our Gurus were not fanatics, nor were they lazy. They taught kindness, compassion, service and forgiveness. It seems as if management is a bit over the line by "punishing". Good grief! So sorry. Too bad people let "power" go to their heads. blessings, SP
