i pray to waheguru all the time i have faith in him that he'll help me but do u think its possible though to permanently lose the fat out of my puffy chest so it'll be stronger. Please help me
P.S seeing as how ur flooded with mail all the time i just want to ask a quick question. How is courage acquired? i do simran but at times when i feel scared i think that waheguru might not listen to me because of a sin i may have done accidently during the day

Sat Siri Akaal. Your physical problem, such as it is, should be discussed with a doctor and also find yourself a physical trainer (male) who may have dealt with it before.
Where is is written that Waheguru will not listen to you if you make a human mistake? Waheguru is always there, He is part of us. It is YOU who are separating yourself from Waheguru by deciding He won't listen. Forgive yourself for being human, and don't use that as an excuse to stop naam simran. Courage comes from both serious and regular practice of the Naam (more than a few minutes a day when you think of it). You can also increase your personal sense of self by practicing a martial art such as gatka, karate, or kung fu. Guru ang sang,
