Should bibian be allowed to participate in amrit sanchars? Are they allowed to participate?

Yes, women should be allowed to participate in the giving of the Amrit. Khalsa is a consciousness not a gender.

As social custom are slow to change, I know that only the Sikhs of the Western Hemisphere have included women in the Punj Piare.
