Summary of Question:	Is Eating Meat Once In A While Ok?

ssa. Being a skinny American football player, I am told by many that in order to get stronger i must/should eat meat? I understand that one should not eat meat but am i as sinful as a person who eats meat daily when i eat it once in a while?
