I searched for topics that might answer this but couldn't find any. I growing my hair and beard now but they are still very short. I have a jobe that is strenuous and dirty. is there a style of turban that might be small and stay on with strenuous activity? What about the wrap that you usually see Sikh boys wearing? Is there a website that shows how to tie a turban? I went to an eastern market and saw hair oils in tall bottles. Are these good for your hair?

There is a small turban style called a kesgi...it can be what a small boy wraps on his head. You can also take a short peiece of cotton cloth...about 3 yards...fold it about 6 inches wide...put the end over the top of your head... then wrap the cloth around your head 3 times....tuck in the end at the top or bottom...see what works for you.
Stay away from hair oils from the eastern market....sandlewood oil is good to massage into the crown of your head and also onto your beard. You can put a few drops on the wooden comb and conmb it into your hair and beard. Stay away from perfumed oils, they can cause irritation. Coconut oil massaged into your hair at night before washing your hair the next morning can be good too.
