Summary of Question:	What Is The Bani Sung After Ardas?

Each week at Gurudwara the sangat does Ardas and then there is a hymn sung at the end, that I cannot find the words to anywhere, nor translation. I know only the phrases "Nanak das sada kurbani" and "Raj karega Khalsa" are several times repeated. Can anyone please tell me where I can find the full version? Many thanks!
