i am a sikh girl who has been brought up in a very non-religious environment. where i live in england there is one temple located far from us and the community has little contact with each other.
what i want to ask is because there are a number of sikh teens like me, do you think it will reach a point like christianity where it'll fall into decline?? are you worried that more and more sikh teens might be just as uncertain about their religion and environment as i am??

This is already happening, as you describe. I do not worry about it though. Rather, I live my life serving the mission of the Guru. Sikhee may have to die among born Sikhs, but for sure it will prosper and grow among those who are longing and searching for this life of truthful living.
