i really like this boy at school so i told my friend that i likes him and now everyone else at school knows and so does he because my friend told him on our way to school but the only problem is i dont think he likes me anyway although he do look at me and smile which is really sweet ;-) i really got feelings for him and i hope that he feels the same way my freind told me he got a girlfriend but i dont know who is lying either he is or she is please give me advice on what to do thank you

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Are you a Sikh girl? What you are asking about is something that it's really not the purpose of this forum to deal with. It sounds like you're about 12 or 13, and are starting to flirt and to get crushes on boys. Watch out! This "girlfriend/boyfriend" involvement at early ages has led to so much suffering and broken hearts, that I hope you don't get caught up in it. Do you do anything every day to learn about your religion? Do you meditate every day and try to experience your soul? Several of our Gurus were just young boys when they became Guru! What is your goal in life? What are your aspirations? Getting a boyfriend is not the purpose of life. Read Japji Sahib every morning before school. Take a hukam from the Siri Guru Granth SAhib to get your guidance, and pay attention to your schoolwork so that you learn something worthwhile! God bless you, SP
