I am 17 years old. I live in england, there is a sikhi radio station here called Amrit Bani Radio. Every day there is a Sehaj Path on. What is the Sehaj Path? It is alwasy done on this radio staion just before the Rehras Sahib. Why do we do Sehaj Path?
Secondly, i am going out with a sikh girl. i really love her. my parents know, however hers dont. we really do love each other. we are both virgin and we both agree that we dont want to have sex as we both know its aginst our rehat. am i doing something wrong?is it bad for me to be sikh and have a girlfriend?,, i dont drink and i dont smoke, howevre my brother is 15 and he says that im wrong that im going out with a girl from the sikh religion. i dont know what to do.

About your girlfriend. You and she are too young to have a relationship.
Are you ready to marry? Then marry her. Otherwise, you are giving in to the fashion of flirting and every date has a pit.
I suggest that you break off your private time with this girl. Discuss the importance of your spiritual lifestyle and growing up in it. Remove yourself from each other and join your friends for fun and relaxation as a group. When you are ready to marry, then discuss this girl with your parents and her parents and proceed.
