Sat Sri Akal,

First I want to thank you for your last reply, it helped me a lot. I will go to a Gurduwara with my mohter very soon!

I have another burning question that I want to ask you. I often see on tv and by some Sikh families that they have photos of the Guru's in their house. I know that the Sikh faith teach us that we don't have to deal with that idol thing.
But I have two photos of Guru Nanak in my room and I want to ask if this is correct? I don't pray to photo or something like the Hindus to with all respect but I just if have it.
Is this wrong? And if is not can I have more photos of the other Guru's on my room?
Thank you very much for you time!

Sat Siri Akaal. Keeping Guru's pictures (they are not actually photographs!) of a Guru on your wall is OK. WOrshiping them as if they are Waheguru is not, because the Guru of all Sikhs is Shabd Guru, represented in Siri Guru Granth Sahib. The pictures are your form of wall decoration, and adds inspiration and sancticity to the space, because of who and what the Gurus REPRESENT. There are those who believe hanging ANY such pictures are equal to idol worship, so you may have to explain yourself to people.... Guru ang sang,
