I am going thru a rough period with my 20 yaer old son he seems to be very aloof and does not want to talk abt his worries . He had a non punjabi girlfriend which i think was a bad influence on him . He is not getting anywhere in his studies . Can someone please tell me what paath shouyld i do for him so that life can be normal and peaceful?

There is nothing more powerful in the world than the prayer of a mother for her son, and with the grace of God and Guru,this difficult time will pass. the shabd, "Poota Kee Asees" is a prayer specifically to bring blessings to a son. My own personal experience as a mother, was that my 19 year old son was rescued from serious trouble many years ago by the mantra, EK ONG KAR SAT NAM SIRI WAHE GURU. I chanted the EK ONG KAR mantra for 1 hour every day for one hour before sunrise, and in within a few days, changes took place. I kept this up for a long time. Usually 40 days minimum is suggested for doing any special bani or prayer. Best time for your prayers is in the Ambrosial Hours, sometime between 4 and 7 am.
