Summary of Question:	A Prayer For Different Coloured Sikhs

I am a young sikh who is confused with the way some people are treated in our religion. This is not a question, but merely a statement.

It has hurt me when I read that some people of our faith, who are not of the same colour as us have been mistreated. Whether they be white, black, or mixed, these people are as much sikh as any one of us. The Guru Granth Sahib Ji, and God do not distinguish the colours of man. I am a 'brown' sikh man who has seen 18 years on this planet as a sikh. Please for all of you out there, remember, the true essence of Sikhism is acceptance, and respect. All newcomers are welcome to our faith, as long as they learn to respect it. I love my faith, nothing will ever change that. Not all sikhs however discriminate, those that do just need to be educated once more in the teachings of our faith...THANK YOU!
