Sat Siri Akal. That is wild you had a dream about receiving Prashad, as it's called. You can find the recipe by searching this Youth Forum using keywords "making prashad".
Prashad is given to the Sangat after the Hukam is read. It is symbolic of the abundance and sustenance that we receive from the Guru, and that everything coming to us in life is the Guru's gift (prashad) and is therefore sweet.
This tradition of distribution of Prasaad was first initiated by Guru Nanak, to eliminate the class distinctions among members of his congregation by having everyone served from the same bowl.
