hi i have a question once again regarding fear. I was wondering, do you have any particular quick mantra i can recite if im ever in a situation which involves fear and a feeling of dread coming over me in my stomach, fear from slanders and insults, fear of being beaten up/ mugged or something like that?

Thank You

(REPLY) Sat Nam. When you feel God and Guru with you, with every breath, what is there to fear? So, how to get that feeling? Well, you can recite ANG SANG WAHE GURU (God is with me, in every cell, every fiber of my being) over and over, and /or you can recite AAD GURAY NAMEH, JUGAAD GURAY NAMEH, SAT GURAY NAMEH SIRI GURU DAYVAY NAMEH. You could visualize Guru Nanak standing with you on your right side, Guru Angad behind you, Guru Amar Das on your left side, and Guru Ram Das in front of you. This is a mantra of protection. The fact is that God IS with you every time you inhale it is proof of God's presence in you -- because God is giving you an extension of your life! Remember, Faith is the opposite of Fear, so concentrate on having faith in God and Guru, and all will be well. Blessings, SP
