i dont understand this.

I read in some posts that a sikh should regard girls as sisters/mother or daughters.then who should we marry?i mean i regard some girl as a sister then how can i marry her.i also read bhai gurdaas told that sikh should consider girl as sister mom or daughter.who was bhai gurdaas and how much we belive in him? Feelings are not that simple that they can be moulded. I mean how can i have sex with a girl after marriage saying that I regarded her as a sister.i dont understand this, and i also read that guru told us that true love is for waheguru all other loves are wrong or something is it true? so if i want to love a girl and want to marry her is it wrong?
did our gurus told this?

It is simple. We treat all women except our wife as mother, sister or daughter. Wife is a wife. It is a special unique relationship. The rehit is that no woman to whom we are not married should be an object of lust, and that we share the joy of the bed only with our spouse and no one else.
