Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh,

I would like to know if it is okay for a Sikh to consume Hemp Protein? I saw it at a natural food store and it is considered to be a complete protein that contains the essential amino acids and supposedly has many health benefits. I would like to know, is it okay for a Sikh to consume since it is cultivated from a Cannabis plant?

Yes, it is fine to use hemp protein. It is not the intoxicating part of the plant and has no such properties. It is very good protein.
