GurFateh

Today I read a book about Sikhi, this inspired me very much so I went upstairs and started doing ' waheguru ' simran for about 15 mins only. Then after I felt relaxed from then on everytime I closed my eyes I saw a vision og Guru Gobind Singh Ji on a Horse run up to me then dissapear at that time I feel sooooo relaxed it felt like SachKand. What could this mean? (vision of guru and relaxation?)

Thanks
Rashpal Singh!

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

Rashpal Singh, I am very glad for you that you had a powerful experience performing nam simiran.

I would not pay too much attention to your vision. If something in the vision inspires you to perform more nam simiran, then it can be useful to you. However, do not be attached to such experiences in the future - the experience of nam simiran is far beyond a particular vision.

The relaxation you felt is the state of mind you can obtain over time through consistent meditation. This is because meditation clears the 'garbage' from your subconscious and calms the waters of your mind. Do not be discouraged if you try again, and do not have such a nice experience - you must deal with all aspects of yourself during meditation, and they may not all be pleasant. But KEEP UP and your whole life will continually improve as your connection to Waheguru increases.
