1) Does a Sikh need to believe in and understand Aquarian age to be a better Sikh.
If yes, by whose definition?
2) If a Sikh does not know about Aquarian Age will he be unable to reach out to other people, develop spirituality, etc.
If yes, by whose definition?
----
No, one does not have to understand about the Aquarian Age to be a good Sikh or to reach out to others. If some one has an Aquarian consciousness, he/she will think and behave in that way, whether he/she has an understanding or not of what kind of consciousness he/she is living in. Having an understanding just puts things into perspective. Like being able to see that some our political leaders are still stuck in the Piscean narrowness. GTKK
