Even though I live (at least try to live) every aspect of my life truthfully and consider myself spiritual, but I no longer consider myself Amritdhari Singhni. I wish to start working on all that I know is missing. Please first help me with ?Kechhehra? issue so that it becomes part of me & I do not consider being comfortable again.
Thank you,
S Kaur

More traditional approach/advise for you is to wear only those clothes that allow you to wear Kechhehra comfortably. That means dresses or pants with really loose legs. A more modern/untraditional approach is that I know some Amritdharia women who wear boxer shorts as a modern version of Kechhera. It's less cloth, and easier to wear with modern Western clothes.
Also, when you are on your period, you can wear panties underneath the Kechhera or boxer shorts - wear both at the same time, and that may be a way to help keep yourself in the habit.
I hope this is helpful and good luck to you.
All love.
