even though our culture forbids us to believe in the caste system, i just wanted to know what caste i belong to...my last name is pannu...also, how do u tell one's caste, it all seems like a very complicated process and we shouldnt be bothered...thank you for some common knowledge...

You have to ask the people what caste thay belong to. Hopefully they do not know. It is a waste of time because being Khalsa surrmounts all divisions and separations that castes create. We are one creation of One Creator.
