Sat Siri Akaal Ji. There could be any number of reasons you are being troubled by Afghanis. They could be jealous of you, they might regard you as infidel, they might just need to bully someone. It is easier to determine a response if you have some idea of WHY you are picked on.
You have a right as a Sikh to defend yourself, but your defensive response MUST BE IN PROPORTION to the attack. I do not recommend exchanging slander for slander, but as Sikhs, we do not turn the other cheek when we are attacked physically. If you are being hassled physically, then fight back or get help and fight back, but only after you have been attacked, not before. That is, do not initiate an attack.
I highly recommend you take up study of martial arts of some kind, whether you are a girl or boy. The confidence that comes from knowing how to defend yourself and maintain discipline in your defense is best learned in such training. Karate, tae kwan do, aikido, kung fu, gatka, jiu jitsu all develop this. What it will do is shift your projection. Something unconcious in your projection makes these afghanis want to pick on you. I have seen people change their projection from fear to courage and self-confidence by study of martial arts with the result that they are not picked on any more.
I do not know where you live. You might have to call in the local or school authorities on this matter as well.
Guru ang sang,
