well firstly i'm in the first year of 6th form. I have just taken some modular exams, and i can't stop worrying about them. I don't think i have done very well on my exams this year. I really do want to pass these exams first time round, because if i don't i will have to repeat the exams in June, with all my cswk on top!
I have always done well in exams, but this time round i don't think i've done well as i should of. Sometimes i don't even want to carry on with these Alevels, i don't know why i feel this way.

Sounds like you need a break from studying. You have been at it a long time. Maybe you need to go on holiday for a while and just allow your mind and body to let go of school. Being in school so long, one tends to think that school is life, which its not. Go do something else for a little while and come back refreshed. Also, exercise and meditation are very good for stress. Your body holds the stress in the cells; exercise is wonderful for releasing it. I have 2 children in medical school; both of them are very physically active (running, swimming, biking, soccer, etc) and find that it helps them study and not carry their stress around. GTKK
