im a youn teenager, a recently turned sikh, well notthat iconsider mtself, i have'nt even taken amrit, but all my k's are by my side constantly.
Im finding it hard concntrating on my paath, my mind always wavers and i end up thinkin about something i shuldnt i.e. whats on t.v. n at worse, even girls however, i want a honest opinion fomr you all how i should tckle my problem

Sat Siri Akaal. Keeping one's mind on paath is hard for everyone. Stop being so hard on yourself. The answer is always the same. Read your Siri Guru. Read what it says about meditation and the experience of the naam: sukhsehej, arranging of one's affairs, calm, poise. It's on Sikhnet, see the link off the home page. It's in english and punjabi, so you should be able to manage it. Recite the naam. Naam simran (in addition to paath) calms the mind.
