ok,since some ppl seem to be going a bit extreme about what sikhs r suppsed to do,does that mean that we should go to the extent of saying people can't read books if fish glue has been used in their manufacture?I think people are getting a bit ahead of themselves by talking about what sikhs should and shouldn't be doing that they r losing and distorting the entire idea behind sikhi.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Your reply is so general, that we can't really say much about it -- however, I must say that it's important for everyone to avoid being fanatic and nit-picking. It's helpful to know just where to draw the line. There are two pitfalls in any religion, 1) fanaticism 2) laziness. BTW, in future, please reply to a specific posting if you want to, not just a generalization. Thanks. SP
