The Amritdhari Sikh is included in the Sikh, but the Sikh is not always AMritdhari.

Sikh is a general term that refers to an individual of the Sikh faith of the Sikh way of life.

Amritdhari is more specific. Amritdhari refers to a Sikh that has taken the step to solidify their life committment to the Siri Guru Granth Sahib as their guide by taking the Amrit vows. Not all Sikh have taken the Amrit vows and then not many Sikhs maintain their vows of observence of the Rehit Maryada.
