do you not believe that religion is man made? a control mechanism?
why live a rigid life of religion, when u can follow similar morals and principals as an individual.
what proof is there that there is god?

Beleive in God because there is something greater than you which is unexplainable.
Religion is man made. Yes, religion does control people, separates people, and creates differences and historically, control.
Religious values and moral values are often the same.
We are so very lucky to know of the prophet of the Aquarian Age that questioned the religious hypocrasies of our time. This prophet was Guru Nanak. He experienced God directly. He explained that God lives in all creation. That God is the Creator of all this creation.
Give yourself the knowledge and experience of reading and studying the words of Guru Nanak Dev ji by reading Jap Ji Sahib in English. There is a very beautiful translation by Dr. Sant Singh. I beleive that it is on Sikhnet. Jap Ji will explain all about God, creation, consciousness. It will answer all your questions. Read it aloud for the next 40 days and see what it does for you.
