I have posted a question about getting injured and wanting to go back into sports. Is there a meditataion or paath that can help in healing physical injuries such as a broken arm or dislocated shoulder or damaged knee. Physical therapy can only go to a ceratin extent, I have tried it and I feel very depressed at the moment. I love sports, especially hockey and rugby. Please tell me a paath or meditation i can do that will help me. Thank you.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. It takes time for the body to heal. Being patient is difficult, but that is what is required. In addition to doing whatever medically you have been advised, chanting RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG is useful as a prayer for healing. Also, do not underestimate the power of Positive thinking to encourage your body to heal. The body follows the mind!positive affirmatioin can allow your mind to create a better opportunity for your body to heal itself. Faith moves mountains...
