This piece is dedicated to all Sikhs: Just because I enjoy life....
It has been babaji grace that I have been blessed with Sikhi. No matter how much I thank babaji, its never enough...
To me a good Sikh is being a good person. The basis of Sikhisim is made up of many different element like serenity, grace and fairness. To me being a good Sikh is helping people, being fair in life, having love and compassion for people in need.
I'm not perfect, therefore I have my flaws. I cant help but enjoy the modern supplements in life.Yes i agree i dont go to Gurduwara as often nor do i see the point of one preching Sikhi to others but having a completely different rule for themself. But nevertheless i dont chat about how bad my daughter-in-laws cooking is or how expensive vegtables are in the market while doing Sewa.Yes i go crazy during Vasakhi, as it a big celebration for me. Forgive me if feel the need to express myself more than the rest.
I believe in GOD, I believe deep down that I'm a good Sikh.
For all others, i dont fit the proper Sikh profile, but this doesnt make me a bad Sikh????

Sat Siri Akal Sonia--
You are right: Sikhi is a blessing.
It is not up to us to judge whether anyone is or is not a good Sikh, despite opinions to the contrary. If you feel satisfied about your relationship to Guru, then no one should be able to tell you otherwise. Your self-confidence and love for Guru shine through, and probably inspire others to greater depths of devotion! God bless you!
Guru Ang Sang,
