Khalsa ji ,I was reading thru this and was confused. I really respect Yogi ji.

The fifth paragraph from down below. there is a quote
"Very divine. It is a divine, yogic way of self- hypnosis. Simple. As far as I understand, this is what it does. But keep the eyes within that hole and make it move and move with it."
But, What do we sikhs have to do with Self Hypnosis. Hypnosis looses one's self. Could you please clarify this .

Sat Siri Akaal. No, SELF-hypnosis is OK. Hypnosis by others to you is the one to beware of. What Yogiji means here is a kind of self-hypnosis that neutralizes heavy emotions and calms the mind. It is a meditation, and Sikhs do meditate. If you follow the practice exactly then you should be fine, since it is you doing something for yourself and not someone else attempting to control you.
